Elsa is a young professional who chose the hospitality world following her passion for food and serving people. Since being a child, she loved the world of cooking and seeing people’s reactions when tasting a dish she had prepared. During her studies at USJ in hospitality and tourism management, she underwent several operational internships in hotels, restaurants, and F&B companies, and so discovered that what she likes best is supporting the restaurants and their teams in their growth by sharing her knowledge.
While still studying, she kicked off her career with chef Maroun Chedid as he launched his catering operations that she handled along with the consultancy department. After graduating as Valedictorian, she moved later to a pillar in the F&B industry, Boubess Group, where she handled the F&B department for 3 years, through which she participated in more than 10 concept creations and outlet openings. After several years in F&B, she moved to a parallel industry as Head of Training in Done, specializing in the hospitality sector. During her work there, she became a Professional Certified Coach. After that, Elsa returned to Maroun Chedid’s company where she handled the catering, consultancy, and events’ operations for 2 years, and was also an instructor at the Maroun Chedid cooking academy.
With more than 8 years of experience, Elsa has worked and learned from the best in the industry. She is a driven and creative professional who believes that integrity and ownership are the keys to serving her clients best and filling perfectly any responsibility she’s giving.
