Training Terms and Conditions

Fees:

Course costs are as currently listed for individuals and corporate group bookings. All courses can be held on your company premises at no extra cost, provided the premises be within the boundaries of Beirut district. All other on site training will be billed an additional traveling fee based on kilometers traveled. Further loyalty discount rates are available for repeat business and annual contracts.

All course and consultancy service fees must be paid in full prior to any certificates being issued. Hospitality Pillars reserves the right to offer the option of payment within 30 days of issue of invoice. Any other agreements must be approved in writing by both parties prior to acceptance of services. Preferred mode of payment is cash or bank transfer.

Confirmation:

All course bookings should be made in writing (e-mail). It is advisable to telephone us before booking to check availability. Confirmation of booking and joining instructions will be sent to the authorizing company representative. Confirmation of consultancy services will be sent to the authorizing company representative. Any additional services will be subject to a separate contract.

Refreshments:

On open courses held on Hospitality Pillars premises, morning and afternoon tea/coffee are provided in the course fee

Course Materials:

All manuals, books and training equipment are included in the course fees. The copyright of all course material remains the sole property of Hospitality Pillars, and must not be reproduced or disseminated by the client without the prior written consent of Hospitality Pillars.

Certificates:

Upon completion of courses, Certificates for successful students will be issues, and will only be released on receipt of full payment of fees.

Cancellation:

On receipt of confirmation a booking will be set out for the client. Should the client wish to cancel the course a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. Should a course be canceled less than 72 hours before the commencement of the course, the full charge will be levied. Non-attendance of individuals on any course without prior written notification will also be charged the full fees. There is no objection to a last minute substitution of an alternative individual.

Postponement:

Postponement of a confirmed booking will be accepted up to one week prior to the scheduled course time/day. Any postponement agreed to will be subject to a USD 100 administrative fee. Courses postponed within one week of the course’s start date will incur a 25% additional charge.

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the two parties. No amendment will be effective unless agreed in writing and signed by an authorized representative of both parties.
